Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) has become important in Malaysian education system to produce skilled workforce for industrial need. Career planning are very crucial TVET students guide them a better career future. path development model been develop student plan their path. But, understanding the structure underlying set of measures this is not easy as understand data depicted because actual will often show notable deviations from pattern. These can make it difficult gauge correlation. Factor analysis answer overcome problems determine number distinct constructs needed account pattern correlations among measures. In study factor was used that could effectively bring graduated future sector. As accessing these validity indicators, exploratory (EFA), reliability correlation were used. The results based on 151 local various institution Malaysia indicated all extracted factors having good values loadings communalities (i.e. above 0.55) acceptable level value Cronbach’s alpha 0.70). also have discriminant nomological validity, since proof that, directions relationships follow expected theory (Super Theory) strength moderately strength.
